Training Manual & Curriculum 

The curriculum and training manual were developed by Alexa Bailey, G^M founder. Each lesson plan is laid out in detail. The manual was reviewed by community math experts. The curriculum revolves around the concepts of skip counting and multiplication.

French: Training Manual & Curriculum 

The curriculum and training manual was translated into French by Lola Anthony, our Director of French Programming.  G^M ran its first program in French in 2023.

Research Paper

G^M was developed based off of the results from a study conducted by Alexa Bailey to evaluate whether confidence differs between genders over the course of elementary school. Results showed that girls’ confidence in math declines as they get older. Read the research report to learn more.
